The Historic Hattie House is committed to ensuring that all guests, regardless of ability, can enjoy their stay with us. Because we are a historic property, certain structural features may limit accessibility in some areas. We are continually working to improve access where possible and to provide reasonable accommodations for all of our guests.

Property Accessibility
As a historic property, certain architectural features (such as narrow doorways, stairways, or uneven flooring) may present challenges for guests with mobility impairments.
We do our best to accommodate guests by offering ground-floor rooms when available, assistance with luggage, and staff support as needed.
Service animals, as defined by the ADA, are always welcome.

Elevator Access – Guest rooms on all levels are accessible via elevator.
Restrooms – Some public and guest bathrooms may not fully meet ADA width/turning radius requirements.
Historic Features – Certain doorways, hallways, or common areas may have limited clearance.
Uneven Surfaces – Due to the age of the building, some areas may include steps or slightly uneven flooring.
We welcome service animals as defined by the ADA. Our staff is available to assist with luggage and provide reasonable accommodations to ensure your comfort.
